Interview was a 4 stage process,
1) Hr screening: I was made aware about the position and kind of marching my skills.
2) technical: pure technical questioms related to my previous exprience
3) compentency: senior guy asked some technical questions and some behaviorial questions
4) HR: compensation discussion
