30-minute screening call, then a hackerrank which was just a waste of time due to how easy it was.
Then interview with a "lead" - he was looking for right answers, rather than wanting to see thought process. He was scrolling through documents throughout the session, and did not want to understand why I gave responses which were not the right ones for him. Also, interviewer was very bored/annoyed having to interview me, and I would have been very hesitant to join his team due to his attitude.
Seems like they were looking for a plug-and-play resource who did this same exact role for 10+ years, and not wanting to explore how my experiences could help me succeed in the role. But then why approach me through a recruiter in the first place?
My advice resonates with many others giving reviews here - don't. Just don't. Very bad experience.
After engaging in a couple interviews, (HR, online test, business case) and getting good feedback at the business case interview I got rejected. I asked for feedback as I wanted to know why I got rejected, however, never got an answer.

Please note, this is a long interview process. Be prepared for that. The process included 5 interviews and an analytical test.
1. Interview with the hiring manager
2. Interview with the Chief Compliance Officer (compliance related)
3. Interview with an Operations manager (culture fit)
4. Analytical test. (1 hour to complete about 20 questions. Some logic questions and some math questions).
5. Problem Solving Interview with a risk manager. (this part was the most difficult. I was asked "How would you set key risk indicators for the AML process and which indicators specifically are important?". This was tough because my background was in investments and trading the AML system was not something I was familiar with. They are looking for specific indicators mostly, not your thinking process. Dont waste time, simply inform which indictors are important and why)
6. Interview with the Chief Risk Officer. (Was asked how would I set KPIs to measure compliance and risk appetite and how I would approach risk reporting)
The process took about 2 months before rejecting my application.
