A four staged process that involved take-home analytical work. The interviews were focused more on experience and cultural-fit. The take-home assignment was much more thorough and applicants were expected to showcase their data-analytics skills. The task could've been resolved through several different methods, including using sql and other more complex ones, or traditional excel analysis. All had to be properly articulated and the conclusions reflect the work that went behind them.
