I applied through their online portal, and the hr got in touch with me and sent me an Online Assessment. 10 days later I got an interview call and 3 days later I had a second interview

It was polite and friendly. The initial interview was competency based and asked typical tell me about a time when… questions. The interviewer was very nice and friendly and happy to describe their role.
