Hiring manager contacted me on LinkedIn. Passed the HR screening call. Took three weeks to set-up an interview; I had to chase multiple times after days without an update. Afternoon before my interview the next morning, contacted to say it was being cancelled as they'd now hired one of the other candidates. No apology in the initial email.

The interview process was smooth and clear. A Talent Acquisition specialist reached out and quickly scheduled the first call. I was then connected with HR, who was very friendly and walked me through the process while asking some basic background questions. The next day, I had the skills interview with the Global Head of Corporate Comms, also super friendly and direct, where we discussed past campaigns and relevant experience. After that, I moved on to the “raising the bar” stage, which focused more on how I’d contribute to the company and bring added value. I didn’t make it to the final round, which I believe is more of a chemistry or energy check with the regional direct line manager. Still it was a memorable and positive experience.
