El proceso de seleccion tiene mucho que mejorar en cuanto a el equipo de recursos humanos. La relacion con el equipo de recursos humanos es muy frio, no contestan a ningun correo ni te dan visibilidad sobre el mismo

Describe un proyecto en el que propusiste una feature a Producto
Lot's of rounds. 2 technical rounds. 1st is sql, 2nd is python data labelling. HR told me that the 2nd round would be a business case/problem solving round with minimum coding, when it was a proper coding interview on coderpad. HR seems to be clueless about the hiring process.

Ho presentato la mia candidatura online. La procedura ha richiesto 2 settimane. Ho sostenuto un colloquio presso Revolut (Portugal) nel mese di nov 2025
Colloquio
1. Applied Online
2. Completed a technical test with 2 SQL coding questions and 9 multiple choice statistics questions
3. Invited for a 30min interview - except this interview never happened. They cancelled the interview without explanation. I had to chase them for a response. The next day, they replied with an abrupt and cold email saying that they had already found someone to fill the position. So in summary, Revolut wasted my time. There was no apology, no compassion and they lack professionalism.
