As an HR professional, I went through Revolut’s hiring process, and I can confidently say it’s one of the worst I’ve encountered. The sheer number of unnecessary steps is baffling—dozens of assessments, interviews, and take-home assignments that have little to no relevance to the actual role. It feels like they’re more interested in testing your patience than your skills.
The process is rigid, outdated, and completely lacks flexibility. It seems designed to filter out anyone who values efficiency or work-life balance. If this is how they treat candidates, I can only imagine how they treat employees. It screams toxic corporate culture

Can you describe a casa where you managed a low performer?
I was contacted by the recruiter via Linkedin. Then I had a 20 min interview with a different recruiter. The interview went nice, the recruiter was professional and honest, the role was way below my experience. She said she will contact me when they have roles that are more in line with my experience.
The interviewer was extremely overwhelmed, asking questions and delivering information very quickly. It was barely possible to process them. It felt like there was no time to talk. Although the interview was scheduled for 30 minutes in the email, she informed me it would take around 20 minutes, and we lasted about 10 minutes.
She barely kept her eye on the candidate, just asking the question and shuffling papers. She was preoccupied with other things.
The first question was, "Tell me about your CV." She didn't ask anything specific about tasks or positions, so I could barely explain what I've done in positions related to the position being offered.
I feel like this loses information and also doesn't generate trust or interest in the candidate.
