Do not waste your time. It's more than one month process and then at the final stage, the 7th!! interview ,the hiring manager ONLY wants internal employees for that job position, she doesn't even read your CV.
Unless you have a lot of free time or you want to use this process for practicing for other interviews in different companies, do not waste your time.

5-step process. Passed all stages with flying colours(cultural fit and roleplay) but for some reason failed the last step, which I was told was the easiest part. Didn't receive any feedback after making me go through 5 steps, which is ridiculous and unprofessional. IF you take so much time from candidates, at least have the common courtesy to provide feedback to gain clarity on why someone gets the position or not. Very strange they are looking to hire almost 1000 salespeople, but from what I have been told, they can randomly reject people so that way they have numbers at the end of the process, which could explain no offer, although the hiring director for the last step discussed next steps with me by meeting my manager. Very strange... As they are so easy to discard people after they have given so much of their time, it seems this company would not value you and see you as less than a number, so beware.
