The salary ranges and the figure they offered are utterly ridiculous. They do not offer any insurance benefits and send the salary as gross. The gross amount they offer is as low as the minimum wage in my country. The salary range they offer for a position that requires such responsibility and attention is indicative of the value the company places on its employees.
