Easy! They hire anyone and they don’t look for anything that is difficult. 3-4 interviews and it was very basic and easy. Plenty on booms interview with lower management to executives

There were numerous phases of the interview process which started with the recruiter, then the Sales Director of the Region, followed by the VP of the area and finally the President. These were done remotely and moved quickly.
