The process starts with an aptitude test for which one can prepare with similar tests, then an interview with the hiring manager, a 48 hour take-home assignment, a follow-up interview/presentation of the case, and 1-2 interviews with seniors. The assignment was interesting and the interviewers were always friendly with constructive feedback.

The first step of the interview is an online psychometric style evaluation consisting of verbal analogies, digit series, and figure series. The verbal analogies were in Hebrew. The process seemed well planned with an informational email, and when I asked to test in English I was told no problem. The test was nonetheless in Hebrew which I was not expecting.
