It was a quick interview. They mainly talked about my skill set then took me on a tour of the facility to show me where i would be working. Very nice people there and I learned a good amount of engineering from each and everyone of them

Applied on Linkedin - Got a phone interview about a week later. Then an in person interview, it was very short and to the point. More of a meeting to see who you are. A month later I was offered the job.
