My interview started 30 minutes late and lasted more than 2 hours. I met with 3 individuals including a manager, a vice president and an HR representative. I was informed during the interview that the position didn't offer any advancement but would be a great learning opportunity. I was made an offer within the week; however, it took over 3 weeks to get everything processed and approved.
