Video Interview, Virtual Job Try-Out, Panel Interview (Completely Over-The-Top) ... They’re looking for young, conservative, white males who fit right in with their existing status-quo. Don’t buy into them being this open-minded, innovative company. They’re still wanting to create a certain workplace (I.e. certain race, age). They want someone to make their products seem attractive and less dangerous (it’s tobacco). Don’t waste your time and energy applying here because they’re ridiculous with their expectations. Recruiters also waste your time by leading you own to believe you have a chance when they’re just trying to fill interview spots. The tactics they use to get people there to interview clearly screams their desperation to attract decent talent, but they’re still closed minded and set in the past. Altria pays more and actually has a chance of survival.

It was a smooth and comfortable experience and I felt at home and cared about. They ask good questions to get to know the candidates. To some candidates, it might seem like they asked tough questions, but they just wanna make sure that they will find good career driven people that want a long-term career instead of just a job with a paycheck.
