To some candidates, it might seem like they asked tough questions, but they just wanna make sure that they will find good career driven people that want a long-term career instead of just a job with a paycheck.

Initial interview with recruiter and then ending with a panel interview with 2 managers. The initial interview was more about reviewing my background and finding if I could be a fit. The panel interview ask a series of questions and then allots time for you to ask them questions about the position.
