It requires hours of testing. If you test remotely, then you are likely going to repeat the same test again on site. It's like they don't trust you the first time. So, they put you on a camera and watch you take this test again.

Heard from a recruitment member via email upon applying. Following a response confirming I wanted to continue with the application, I was given an "IQ" assessment to finish. Upon scoring well and within the time frame we were asked to complete a skills assessment to match us to our supposed "dream placement". After completing all of these assessments, the company did not reach out for more than a week after which they finally sent a short rejection email with no feedback or information. Reviews on other platforms support this type of response, seemingly typical behavior.

I was asked to take an at home test as well as a personality test before the first remote interview. The first interview was remote, then I had an onsite interview in which they asked very basic questions.
