Found the position through a school job search.
Sent in my resume and was contacted by e-mail to come in for testing. (Reasoning, math, recognizing patterns, etc) After the test someone interviewed me, but the position I applied for was already filled. I got a call 4 months later about a job they thought I would be a good fit for, and asked to come in for a "meeting" to see if I wanted it. After the "meeting" I was told they filled the position already

The interview process was extremely long for an internship. I was required to take three proctored aptitude tests with two cameras on me, as well as do 4 rounds of interviews and complete 3 projects that had to be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the assignments. As a full-time college student, this was extremely inconsiderate of my time. I was also required to take a drug test, which again, was dropped on me in the middle of the week and I had something like three days to do it or my offer would be rescinded.

Very conversational. They began with talking about the specific position and what it would look like and asked if I had any questions. After the face to face portion, I filled out a document that had more behavioral style questions.

Took a pyremtrics test then waited to hear back from the hiring manager. The process took about 1-2 weeks to complete then I did not hear anything moving forward the next step was supposed to be a VIE interview I believe.
