I began by applying online. Then I was directed to take some online assessments. This was followed by an hour's worth of testing at their Dayton, OH headquarters. After I presumably "passed" the testing, I had an interview with a recruiting representative. She really just verified the information on my resume and told me that if someone from the department was available, they would speak with me next. I was asked to fill out another questionnaire full of illegal questions about my family, age, etc. I was told that this would not be used for hiring decisions, but that the department head would want to get to know me better. As it turned out, no one was available (suddenly, after asking all these illegal questions). I was told someone would be in touch the following week but I never heard from them. I tried following up, and received no response. They contacted me out of the blue 9 months later. Very strange. Not sure if I should keep the interview appointment now that I've read all of the reviews on here, though.
