Interviewed with a recruiter first then the regional sales manager and then finally with the VP of sales. The interview process was pretty much an average process. I received an offer and accepted then proceeded to take my preemployment drug test. The test took over 2 weeks to come back in and I was informed that I failed the drug test even though I have never done drugs in my life. When I asked what I failed for I was informed by the recruiter that I failed for nicotine... They pulled my job offer because there was nicotine in my system even though I was never informed that that was a something being tested for. It’s completely legal to vape and I wouldn’t have any problem quitting but again I was never informed about not being allowed to use nicotine. I had already emailed all of the other companies that I was interviewing with telling them that I had accepted a job at Reynolds. Now I cannot get an email back from the recruiter when I asked if there was any way I could just quit using nicotine and be re tested. And now I’m at square one with trying to find a job since I turned down other great companies for this job. My mind is blown that they pulled the offer and then proceed to ignore my emails all over nicotine.

The interview process started with a call from the recruiter verifying resume information and asking about salary expectations. This was followed by a Zoom interview which took about 30 minutes. There is another Zoom interview with management but unfortunately I did not make it that far. The company gives no explanation why, basically just that you were not chosen for the next steps. Feedback would have been valuable.
