You have to take a couple of assessment tests at home prior to making an appointment to take a final assessment test in their office. It was not a pleasant process going into their office because it's like herding cattle (too many people tested at once). No interview given at all at this appointment.

Colloquio
1st two hour test online with tons of different questions: math, history, pop culture, scenario based answers. If you pass that, interview with Hr then more questions on the computer. Then interview with the supervisor then interview with the director. It was so crazy for very little pay. I was offered $11 an hour with a BA
