I was presented with several coding challenges to solve within a set time limit, showcasing my technical expertise and analytical thinking. It was a straightforward yet effective way to demonstrate my capabilities for the position.

Given a string, write a function to compute the minimum number of characters that need to be inserted to transform the string into a palindrome. For instance, if the input is 'abcd', the function should return 3 since we can transform 'abcd' into the palindrome 'dcbabcd' by inserting three characters ('d', 'c', and 'b') at the beginning of the string. The function should return the minimum number of insertions needed for any given input string.

Interview process was tedious, inexperienced recruiters who were incapable of sending emails to correct email addresses.
The interviewers will ask VERY invasive questions about where you live, and where you lived before, wanting specific addresses.
Additionally, when talking about my background, the interviewer corrected ME about my current roles scope and position, despite it being clearly listed on my resume.

Lots of assessments, taking up to a few hours. Next round, more of the same but while being monitored. Each round is more tedious than the last, and it was too much run-around.
