Phone screening with Human Resources Interview with hiring manager or supervisor Interview with Vice President Job offer extended after review of all documentation, drug test is passed, and background check is passed

I applied for a job, got 2 emails from a recruiter asking me to take additional steps, as they were interested in proceeding. I took about an hour and a half of my time completing a brand new application, and doing very well on their assessment. Then, 2 days later, I got a rejection email, without so much as a phone call. I found this unprofessional enough to share my experience. Inconsiderate hiring practices.
