My profile was not rejected for any missing keywords but went through an in-depth review by the HR who had a clear understanding of the job profile. It was one of the best interviews I have appeared for in my entire career. The HR was extremely friendly and ensured that I was comfortable during the process. The panel members did not pass any discouraging remark during the interview and identified all the skill-set I had along with the transferrable skills. They were encouraging and willing to train me to uplift my profile.
