The interview process begins with an annual call put up by the Human Resources Division on the student webpage. There are forms provided for the application process. It is followed by a panel interview which attempts to ascertain whether the candidate is competent in areas such as Student Care Responsibilities; Liason Responsibilities; Mediation & Discipline Responsibilities, Administrative Responsibilities; Health and Safety Responsibilities and Protection of the Assets of the University.
