Initially I submitted a short cover letter to the company's website, after a week or so, I was invited to a phone interview. I was notified of the result of this within two days and subsequently was invited to their Harwell office. Here, I first completed an excel test before giving a presentation on the ways I allign myself with Ricardo's values. I was then asked questions on my presentation as well as some workplace scenario questions

I was progressed to the last interview (after tests, preliminary interview). There was no offer, nor feedback. The rejection email came through and they did not provide any feedback. However, in the same email, they did ask for my feedback! LOL!
