First you have an over-the-phone interview with HR before being asked to complete a quantitative and logical reasoning assessment. Following these you will be invited to an in-person interview with a team-member.

I was progressed to the last interview (after tests, preliminary interview). There was no offer, nor feedback. The rejection email came through and they did not provide any feedback. However, in the same email, they did ask for my feedback! LOL!

I was tasked with presenting on the topic of Combined Heat & Power and the role of renewable heating in the decarbonisation of the UK Energy Strategy. I presented the benefits of renewable fuels such as biomass and biogas from anaerobic digestion.
