Applied online. Had one initial phone interview with the Managing Director. I live out of state so they flew me in for an in-person interview. They told me I would have a group interview with the whole team for one hour. The interview ended up lasting three hours and the interviews were split into three separate groups. They asked some gotcha-type questions. Once interview was completed, they said they'd reach out to me in a couple weeks to inform me of their decision. One month later, I received no response. I emailed them and mentioned that I would be able to move to Houston sooner than expected and wanted to check in on the hiring process for this position. No response. Not only do I feel that this is unprofessional behavior, but it is quite rude to not follow up or respond to applicants, especially after flying 6 hours there and back to apply. I still haven't received the reimbursement for my travels but I'm expecting the check to come in the mail in the coming days.
