I applied to a website offer. 2 weeks later i had a phone interview with a member of the HR team. The interview took 20 min asking the basic question regarding my CV, using which channel i have applied and if i know someone in the company. Then i had no more news from the company and the recruiting process.

Prima un colloquio conoscitivo via risorse umane dove si analizza il proprio profilo motivazioni, interessi, esperienza professionale e conoscenza del settore, poi tecnico con i managers dove si discute sul ruolo specifico, abilità e conoscenze richieste e come ti supportano nel lavoro quotidiano poi.

È durato un’oretta, in sede, non ci sono state domande tecniche troppo difficili. Molto gentili e solari. nel complesso una esperienza positiva. Gli interessava sapere che tipo di persona fossi e come mi comportassi nella vita
basic, asked why the company and why I’m applying for the specific position. 2 rounds- with HR and then the manager for the position. HR was a phone call, the other interview is a video call.
