The most informal process I have ever experienced. I was contacted by the hiring manager to set up a phone call. On the call, I introduced myself, and then they spent the next 30 minutes telling me exactly what they did at their job. They asked me no questions about myself. I thought maybe they just liked me since it was still like conversational, and they also mentioned this would be the only round of interviews. However, they ghosted me for a month and then sent an email for another interview (probably because they didn't learn anything about me in the first one), and it was the same weird style of not asking me any questions. They then proceeded to ghost me the second time.
