The first step is an interview with the hiring manager, the second step is a field ride, and the third step is a final interview. During the final interview, the rep will have to prepare a Powerpoint Presentation for the hiring Manager and Director of Sales.

Invited for initial in-person interview after submitting CV and Cover letter, for them to basically tell me in person that from my CV they didn't think I had enough experience. Timewasters.

Questions were not clear, but basically was asked if I know the Scottish Market. I proceeded to explain that I had a few scottish clients in my previous sales role, but they didn't really give me an opportunity to speak. Their Head of Sales for UK and Head of Sales for Scotland don't understand the 80/20 rule and just like the sound of their own voice.
