A recruiter calls you if your application is accepted. They do a quick over-the-phone interview to ask some basic questions and give you a little more detail regarding the position. Then they schedule you for a in-person interview. The in-person interview only lasted about 30 minutes. It is a pretty basic interview where they'll ask you about your experience and why you applied for the job. Pretty laid back interview, with your future Integrated Account manager and your future Supervisor. At the end of the interview, they'll tell you that they'll contact you if you're selected.
