There were a total of 3 interviews. 1st was with the assistant manager, the 2nd was with the general manager, The final was also with the general manager where we negotiated a pay plan.
Primo e secondo colloquio, poi il nulla, anche dopo una richiesta di informazione sull'esito, solo promesse di feedback mai arrivate...

Phone screen and in person interviews. Interview did not follow an interview guide. All parties asked good questions during the interviews. I felt the interview process was very fair and knowledgeable.
