the first interview was a group interview consisting of fun and silly questions (posted below) just to gauge whether or not you are outgoing and your personality is fit for the job.
the second interview for me was the manager going over my resume a bit to get to know me better and then him asking my availability for possible training days.

The interview process was pretty easy and is so far the most interesting interview I had. We had a combined group interview with FAO Schwartz. The HR manager told us to introduce each other to the interviewee across from us. Then we were told to split in groups and make a 30 second commercial on one of their items. It was very fun and simple. As long as you speak up and look outgoing then you're more likely to be chosen.

The only 2 questions I was asked were what can you bring to Ridemakerz and if you were to have any superpower, what would it be?

I was called and given a phone interview on the spot. Questions were typical... they just wanted to see if I could give energy over the phone.
I was asked to come in for a second interview in a few days and I accepted.
I was given a paper application to fill out and then had to wait for the Manager.
In all honesty, this was probably the best interview experience I have ever had. The manager had a very friendly, laid back exterior... as well as his Assistant Manager.
Questions were even easier this time (since it wasn't on the flash) I was able to laugh and joke a little.
After the interview was over, I was given a test booklet for my Personality Test and a paper to agree to a background check.
Personality text was rather bogus, as it isn't much about your personality than it is just making sure that you are an honest person.
They told me if the background check and my test went through well, I would receive a call within a few days with an offer of employment.
