Talked to recruiter at a job fair. Two 30-minute Skype interviews covering projects I had mentioned on my resume. One leaned a little more towards my ability to communicate, the other a little more towards my technical knowledge of the projects. There was a more traditional technical interview two weeks later over phone, consisting of four physics questions.
