Included a recruiter phone call, ~3 other phone calls and a final phone call. I got all the way to the end and did great in every interview. They were open and transparent either there interviews. It was generally a good round of interviews and very informative.
After the last interview they said they would get back to me within 48hrs. They did not. I reached out to them several times and they kept saying "give us a few more days, we need to discuss with the team". This took over two weeks, and it turns out they were interviewing someone else. That's fine, but it was weird that they didn't just say that and instead kept stringing me along.

A recruiter reached out to me for an interview via Stack Overflow. We scheduled a call for later that week.
On the first phone screen we talked over basic questions - relocation, technologies, what I was looking for in a new position.
I was told what next steps were, and I would likely not hear back that same week, but would hear back the week after.
I never heard back.
