3 techincal round and 1 hr round , it is good , they asked some coding question and for fresher they gave assignment. they give good timeline for that for fresher

2 rounds of technical interview followed by HR discussion. I came to know from the consultancy that I have cleared the 2nd round of technical discussion and they scheduled for final HR discussion which also went well. Later after 2 days received email stating that I have not cleared Technical discussion round. Very funny to know this. I can understand that HR's does not have clear vision on the requirement. We candidate invest lot of time and put more efforts for every interview which goes in vain because of few HR's like in this org.
