It was actually pretty chill! First, I had a quick phone call with someone from HR last week, just to go over my resume and make sure I was a good fit. Then today, I had a video interview with two people from the marketing team. They asked me about some of my class projects and how I work in a team. At one point, they gave me a scenario where the company was launching a new product, and I had to come up with a mini social media campaign on the spot. It was a bit nerve-wracking, but I think I did okay! We also talked a lot about their company culture, and they asked how I deal with deadlines and handle multiple projects at once. I think they were trying to see if I could manage the fast-paced environment.
