2 phone screens. One with an office admin and another with the vice president. 2 in person interviews. Met with the vice president who is more stoic, and one with the president who does a majority of the talking in your interview.

Not too difficult, asked me basic questions, if i graduated college, my prior jobs and went over the pay scale and commission bonuses and basically gave me the job after that.
