First interview is already the technical interview (no HR screen). Then they ask you to complete a full-stack application as an unpaid takehome challenge. The challenge doesn't respect the candidate's time (16 - 20 manhours required for end-to-end) so I pulled out. Also, in their technical interview they see nothing wrong with having over 30 microservices. Also, their HR is the only company I've interviewed that called me to arrange an interview time. Everybody else has been email and they called me at a random afternoon when I was busy.
