The initial interview with the recruiter went well, as did the follow-up interview with the VP of Creative, who apparently was impressed by my credentials. I has another interview with HR, which I was told went very well, and that they were interested in moving me quickly into the next round, and then nothing (crickets). That's when I started looking into the company's history and found that I'm not the first candidate to experience the same runaround. IMO either this company is fake or they are conducting fruitless interviews, casting a wide net to see if they can find people to work on the cheap. Avoid at all costs. A complete waste of time. Seriously.
