Had two phone interviews (ummm, do y’all not know that video interviews are a thing now?) and both went great in my opinion. But alas, I was ghosted. And thank god for that! I would NEVER want to work for a company that doesn’t have the stones to have tough conversations like, “sorry, you’re not the right fit.” I mean, why be decent? Why be professional? Some companies spend way too much time trying to be nice and maintain a positive image. But not Rightpoint. They DGAF what you think of them. They’ll be more than happy to waste your time and then impolitely blow you off for no other reason than pure entitlement by their all-white talent acquisition team. So, thank you for showing your true colors to me so early on. You saved me from a truly miserable experience. I hope other candidates see this and run the opposite direction.
