They had a recruiter calling for a first round who after completing his screening confirmed there will be only one more final round with their Director. This round was rescheduled thrice and finally the interview took place which went well as he asked about my experience, skills and future aspirations and giving scenario based questions, later he said there will be one more technical screening which will be sched. next week. The final round was taken by a lady who was not even the part of organization and she had set of questions in a time of 1 hour for which while I answered she has been focusing on writing rather than listening or having a conversation and understanding my profile better. Later, on she comes to be the deciding factor for hiring decisions. I don't feel that is the right way of interviewing people when candidates have invested so much time to prepare and you do not even feel like giving them proper feedback or asking them to elaborate their answers on a call if you see any potential in them. You, guys really need to streamline this process.

Had applied for this position through a reference. The first round was pretty good, the recruiter was from Philippines and it was on call. For the next round, I was contacted by a lady from India and it was a video call. The discussion went on for an hour and it felt like the lady was forced to talk to me and had no interest in getting to know about my candidature. She had no ears or patience to listen to me. She gave me certain impractical assignments to finish as part of this one hour discussion.
