A recruiter reached out to schedule a phone call after I submitted my application. The call went well and I did not hear back after following up twice. Months later, the same recruiter reaches out again. I then had a final round interview. It went well, but again, did not hear back even after following up. Finally, the recruiter TEXTS me a rejection. Incredibly unprofessional and gives you an idea of how little they value creating a positive employee experience.
