Only asked 2 questions… did not accept offer . Seemed like a scam . Decided to decline the position and not move forward, especially after the compensation. Was also contacted by different people and they are continuing to contact me

Guess I get to stand in line with the others who were "ghosted", which appears to be a trend with this company. Had call with HR followed by video call with hiring manager who told me "you will be moved to the next round" only to hear nothing from that forward. Why not tell a candidate we will let you know on next steps rather than verbally commit to the next steps. Guess all the awards won for best company to work for etc are for those who are fortunate enough to make it to the offer letter phase because the interviewing process is for sure not award-winning worthy
