The interview concluded with an opportunity for me to ask questions about the company’s future projects and team dynamics.

Wasn't able do the online test because I applied and did the test last year. And the test result seems to last for one year. It is ridiculous that they think your skills won't change over a year

First step are the tests (personality, logical, numerical). After that a short phone call with a recruiter from HR. After 2-3 weeks - Interview with team members, HR interview and group interview.
