two steps process. 1-phone call screening 2- technical 1 hour interview with a panel the interviews went well but the HR response is really bad. I have been told that i will be getting a response in a week and every week i will call them, they will say the following week. It took 1 month just to get a response saying: we have already selected another candidate.
