Was late/forgot about the interview, and had to reschedule the interview with me for a later date. Ended up sitting at my computer waiting for a google hangout call for 30 minutes or so.

Started with a recruiter call where basic questions are asked to ensure that the candidate has a passion for the product. If successful the candidate would then have a behavioral which tracks for fit. Lastly there is a 4 person panel to assess various aspects of a candidates skillset.
