Stats questions embedded in some real life settings. One questions asked me to estimate a restaurant's visits distribution, with no extra context. Kind of a combination of product case & stats.
Started with a recruiter call where basic questions are asked to ensure that the candidate has a passion for the product. If successful the candidate would then have a behavioral which tracks for fit. Lastly there is a 4 person panel to assess various aspects of a candidates skillset.
