I was contacted via Linkedin to arrange for an interview regarding this opening position in Mexico City, a nice surprise as I had recently moved from the San Diego Area to central Mexico. The interview wasn't difficult if you are knowledgeable of the processes involved in customer service management. Sadly after the interview I never got any feedback or information regarding the opening, this was on January 2015
