I spoke with a recuriter about the position and about myself. The recruiter has excellent communication skills and also providing you with a great timeline. He didn't seem intrested in personality but mostly what your job skills are and how they relate and contribute to this position. He seemed to be very honest and transparent that he though I should have a better skillset and more experience...which I appreciate his honesty.

There can be up to 7 interviews depending on the role, with each being focused on different aspects of the position like leadership, value/culture fit, and craft (skills related to the position). The recruiter I worked with was great and taught me a lot about how to best work with recruiters moving forward. The interviewers use a clear set of questions to guide interviews, which I think is good. What I didn't like though was it felt like there very specific answers they were looking for to the questions, and anything other than that answer was a wrong answer. I've interviewed for multiple jobs here and only get this feeling from experience.
